It was a pleasure to do business with Michael Kospa. He quickly provided an estimate for our job of cleaning windows and pressure washing the deck and sidewalk. The job was scheduled to fit our calendar. The finished job exceeded my expectations. The price was a good value for the money. A professional job in all respects.

I highly recommend this young man’s service. He called us back in about 10 minutes and arrived on location to give us an estimate within 30 minutes! The price was fair so he promised to return just 2 days later to do the job. He was even early! He and his helper were both very polite, courteous and professional. They did very thorough work and exceeded my expectations. They wasted no time and finished the job faster than expected without cutting a single corner. This level of service is rare in our area, and if Michael keeps up these high standards he will likely have all the business that he wants so take advantage of the opportunity to hire this hard working young man instead of the more established companies that charge too much and barely return calls. My wife and I could not be happier with the job he did. He obviously has significant experience and clearly knows the ropes in his field of work. This is the second time I have hired Mike Kospa to do pressure washing. I have 5 vacation cabins. The first job was pressure washing around my hot tubs. This job was larger. Mike and his crew pressure washed all 5 cabins in advance of my painter applying stain/sealer. My painter inspected the work and approves. Mike Kospa is:

Mike and his team made our house, carport, and porches look brand new again. They arrived on time and were meticulous with their work. Their prices are more than reasonable. Cleaning gutters and second floor siding is best left to these professionals.

Michael took on a challenging job and did it extremely well. He definitely knows his game.
